Dear Family Members,
There has been so much going on in our lives. We have so much to be thankful for and our family is one of them.
Lately the only time we make an effort to come together is during a time of tragedy. As a result of this, several family members
agreed that it was time for everyone to come together at a planned event.
On June 17-19, 2005 we will have
the Greene-Simpson Family Reunion in Portsmouth, Ohio. We are requesting that you make every effort
to attend and spread the word in your area. It is important to know your family. It is our goal to strengthen our family bond
by spending several days getting well acquainted, laughing and sharing together. We are sending this letter asking for your
participation.
The Days Inn Portsmouth has been
selected as the hotel for the Reunion. A block of rooms have been set aside for this occasion. The rate for these rooms will
be $49.99 (plus tax). When you make reservations
please let the hotel know that you are with the Green-Simpson Family Reunion to ensure the proper rate.

The registration fee will cover expenses for initial preparation of the family reunion. This fee will also cover
meals at the hospitality, the picnic and the banquet. The fee will be $25 per adult (ages 18 and up) and $10 per child (ages
7-17). Children ages 6 and under are free.
It is very important that all registration forms are turned in by May
9, 2005. This will help us with planning and give us enough time to prepare for the
reunion. There will be up-to-date and detailed information about the reunion on our family website at http://greenesimpson.tripod.com.
